I couldn’t explain what was going on with me if you asked me, I couldn’t find the words. I’ve been working with Polly, today we explored the tightness in my chest when I get anxious. When it is at its worse, I feel like I can’t breathe, I get panicked. Today with the work Polly does, I felt like I could breath properly for the first time for ages. I felt calm; something I struggle with and I learnt new skills to take away with me to keep the calm feeling.

Polly is a great coach. I had realised I'd gotten into some negative thinking patterns but she gave me some excellent techniques to use that worked surprisingly fast. Straight to the root of the problem, and with such a lovely approach. I highly recommend her!

Polly helped me realise that the one thing I was chasing was the one thing that was making me unhappy. She also introduced me to the 6 things everyone needs. I now use this as a litmus test as to whether I need to change direction.

Polly's workshop on anxiety was both thought provoking and made me feel a lot less alone in the way I feel. I left feeling empowered and in the knowledge that I can make a positive changes that will help me become the person I want to be. Thanks Polly for the safe space for s to come to and for being an amazing facilitator.

Polly is very down to earth, she explains things really well and packs a lot into her workshops. They are very informative and friendly with no pressure. She helps you to understand how your brain works and how you can make it work better for you.

I was introduced to Polly through a mutual friend when I was in a very dark place. I had contemplated suicide a number of times, going through divorce with two young children. Polly gave me tools to help me deal with te dark thoughts, break everything down into managable chunks and put life into perspective. Since working with Polly I haven't had a suicidal thought, I am believing that I am capable of doing very challenging things. Polly was never patronising, always compassionate, and understanding of the way my thoughts were controlling my behaviour. I can't thank her enough for saving me from myself. She is beautiful inside and out.

Polly Jukes, I will say again, the day I came across you, this group and had that first telephone conversation with you was really the day that set me on this amazing journey - for that I will be forever thankful

Before I started to work with Polly I was afraid to actually step Into the role I knew I wanted to be. I was scared of being called out by others. Almost like Imposter syndrome (if there is such a thing)... My fear was, although I knew I knew my stuff, others may not have belief in me. I've always really worked in partnership with others before so to be totally alone on this chosen path made (and still does) me feel very vulnerable. The turning point was when we brainstormed and came up with a solution. I felt quite overwhelmed but because friends knew I was investing in my business. I felt unable to say 'I'm stressing out here!'. It almost felt like you gave 'permission' to think about it all in a different way. That massively took all pressure off and gave me back control. My actual launch event, talking on the day through with you, facing my own fears about what I thought people might do/say. Being able to express them to someone who challenged my fear, and made me flip the thought, rather than just saying 'you'll be fine, dont worry'. Which is what my well meaning nearest and dearest all said, if I had a wobble around them. Sometimes appearing strong to others means when you do feel insecure there isn't anyone really to tell. I've noticed at times when I need support because I'm generally the one that does, others around me don't know how to cope with the change, so I would bottle up the fear. By talking to you and looking with your help inside, that fear shrunk from a mountain down to a mole hill.
